Payments to Asset Bidder
Once the auction has finished an invoice will be forwarded via email to all the successful bidders. Payment is required immediately. The official invoice will be sent within 24 hours.
The following methods of payment can be used

Electronic Bank Transfer

Bankers Draft
Collection of Goods will only be permitted following receipt of cleared funds.
Payment can not be made with cheques or credit cards.
VAT Payments
Payments of VAT at the current UK rate of 20% will apply on both final Hammer Price and Buyers Premium. Items exported outside the UK can be refunded on Hammer Price, subject to proof of export. This is normally against copies of Bills of Lading.
VAT refunds are only applicable on goods leaving the UK within 3 months of the auction date. Please be aware that VAT must be charged on Buyers Premium as HM Customs and Excise class this as “service charge”.
